Getting Started
Register on the platform
- Go to the site and click Sign Up
- Enter your email and password
- Create a participant profile

- Go to Hackathons
- Find a hackathon you're interested in
- Open the hackathon page and explore:
- Description and rules
- Schedule
- Venues
- Expert panel
- Prize fund
Register for a Hackathon
How to register?
- Open the hackathon page
- Click Register for Event in the right panel
- You'll receive participant status
After registration: - Access to Participant Dashboard - Challenges are visible - You can create or join a team
Creating a Team
Two ways
Create a team: - Teams → Create Team - Specify name and description - Invite participants
Join a team: - Find a team in the list - Send a join request - Wait for captain approval
Team Roles
Captain — team creator - Manages team members - Accepts/declines join requests - Edits team information
Member — team member - Works on the project - Can submit solutions
💡 Any team member can submit a solution
Submitting Solutions
How to submit?
- Open the Challenge page
- Click Submit Solution
- Upload files
- Add description and links
- Submit for review
💡 You can submit multiple solutions — the last one counts
Hackathon Feed
What is it?
Organizers publish in the feed: - Announcements and news - Resource links - Hackathon updates
How to open?
On the hackathon page click the Feed tab
Leaderboard
How is ranking calculated?
- Experts rate solutions by criteria (1–10)
- Average of all expert ratings is calculated
- Criterion weights are applied
- Teams are sorted by total score
The leaderboard updates in real-time
Notifications
What will you receive?
- 📩 Team invitations
- 🎖️ Organizer invitations
- 👨💼 Expert invitations
- 💬 Submission status changes

Can I participate in multiple hackathons? Yes, unlimited
How to edit my profile? My Profile → Edit Profile
How to leave a team? Team page → Leave Team

How many solutions can I submit? Unlimited, the last one counts
When will results be available? The leaderboard updates in real-time
Where to see winners? On the hackathon page in the Winners section (after the event ends)
